Jason Bowen is the Executive Director of Design Recovery, a leading drug and alcohol treatment center dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives through compassion, structure, and purpose. With over a decade of experience in the field and 12 years of personal sobriety, Jason brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his leadership.

Known for his hands-on approach, Jason finds his greatest joy in spending time with clients— whether it’s sharing stories of recovery, joining them for a surf session, or guiding them through the challenges of early sobriety. His leadership is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and a deep belief in the transformative power of community and connection.

Outside of work, Jason is an expecting father who looks forward to bringing the same passion and love he shares with his clients into his growing family.
